Napa ordering
Hi - I am not sure if anyone else is having this problem, when I order from Napa - it ends up with some random 4 digit code on the order reference. When I order from Oreilly or Auto Value - the reference number is either my repair order number or estimate number. Is this an issue on the Mitchell side or on the Napa side?

Re: Napa ordering
I'm pretty sure that number is from NAPA. I can check the next time I order from them. When we check in the orders, we change that number to the Invoice number from the vendor

Re: Napa ordering
Auto Value, Oreilly and even US Auto Force populate the PO# field with either the repair order or estimate order number. But for some reason the PO field on the Napa slips are filled with some number from their side.

Re: Napa ordering
hmmmmm, i am runnin' 6-4-544 with the new Napa pro-link. In my PO field I have:
PO#: 16083-19046.john
The 16083 is my Mitchell assigned PO, the 19046 is my Ro# (which i enter in the Ref/Inv# on the part order screen) and the John is the customers name which I also entered into the Ref/Inv# field on the part order screen.
Are you entering ANY info in the Mitchell screen in the Ref/Inv# field?
