Tech Worksheet Changes Back To Print To Screen?

On the tech worksheet, I uncheck print to screen, so that way, it will automatically print to the printer that I want it to. Every time I shut down manager, and reopen it the next day, print to screen is checked again. How do I keep this from happening?

Just to be sure, you are going to: Configurations - Reports/Printers, selecting Tech Worksheet, un-checking the Default Print To Screen checkbox and clicking on OK to accept the change?

If you have done that, I'd probably contact support to sort that out. It may have to do with User profiles as this is a parameter that is stored per User.

Yes, that is exactly what I am doing. All of the other printer settings stay the same, so I figured it must be a software issue.

I did contact tech support yesterday, and it turns out that the default user will save settings for the invoice printer, and work order printer, but not tech worksheets. I created a new user, and now it works perfectly. Thank you for your help.
