I really like the new effective rate column in the Technician Billed Hours report, however, something is displaying incorrectly. I ran the report for my techs during the month of April.
The first technician doesn't total correctly. The effective rate should be 72.33 for the combined column totals. Here it appears that the last rate shown is carried incorrectly to the sum.

The second technician on the report doesn't total at all as the field is blank.

The third technician pulls the last rate like the first. The grand totals appear correct.
