Technician Productivity Report

When 2 technicians tag team job, we bill the labour on one labour line, but split the hours between the 2 techs to track tech productivity, for example, we bill out 8 hours for the job and 4 hours actual and pay hours for each tech. When we run a Tech Prod. Report it will show 8 hours charged for that job for both techs, and actual & pay hours as 4 for each tech. This gives us a false reading, It would appear that each tech charged 8 hours with only 4 hours labour. How can we get an accurate productivity report. I know if we do 2 labour lines, one for each tech then the report will be accurate, but that just isn't possible with certain jobs.

This is a known limitation and the only way I know of as a workaround is 2 labor lines.

To add to this thread, my SA built a canned job specifically for a second tech on the job. Separate line solves the reporting errors until they fix this.
