i am working on 87 starion one of the injector dont have signal but it has power this is tbi injection system with turbo please help me out

Just saw this post. It's a negative hit injector. It will have constant power and will fire on ground impulse. You either have a broken wire or most probable a bad pcm. I believe the trigger is the cam sensor so take a look at that through your scanner but i'm inclined to say it's the pcm. It's prudent to always follow diagnostic procedure but in this case if it's yellow and quacks it's a duck.
