Does your shop have a Facebook Account?

Voted. I set one up but didnt keep up with it. Recently recieved an email from facebook, stated the page would be reset, whatever that means. I do have a friend that is going to redo the page for me so we can get back into it. Just need to stay on top of it.

Your right Jeff. Nothing makes me more p'd than to have an out of date web site. My son took first place in the state last year racing. the stupid team hasn't even posted him on the team yet.....i follow a new local sporting store on Face Book. they are not open yet. I called, they are opening the Memorial Week end. Nothing on FB about that! Dear God, if you have a site or Face Book keep it up to date. There are people like me that will REFUSE to do service with you. If your to lazy to keep a site going, don't have it.

(now that i said that i best go do mine eh? )

Fow what it's worth, Mitchell 1 SocialCRM helps shops manage fresh Facebook content, promotions, shop reviews, target marketing, etc.

Somebody has to do it; the shop itself or M1 can coordinate the shop's internet identity.

I manage the facebook page along with our head sales person. Between us it seems to be going well, highly recommend fb for a shop, we have gotten alot of sales off of it!

I have one, but have yet to utilize it much yet .... Need to get at it and make it do something for me ...

We have one for our dealership, need to get more active on it!

Use my business Facebook page all the time. Its set up to be able to take appointments as well. Since its free, its one of the best things that I do along with making sure my google places is updated and current.

I HAVE ONE BUT I DONT KNOW HOW 2 USE IT

We've got one. (So does my vacation rental property)

I swore that I'd never be on FB, then my eldest joined the Marine Corps and went to Afghanistan. It was the best way to keep in touch.

Now my wife and I are on FB more than the kids are.

I have a lot of shop owner and technician friends from around the country through FB.

I do get a few jobs a year out of FB. I don't believe it will ever be some kind of magic cure for business....but it takes a little here, a little there...

Fair enough, perhaps this will be come a topic of discussion here. There are some useful things that can be done with a little guidance.

I have one as well as a website. I am in the process of using FB more for my business.
