No Printing From Mobile Manager

I cannot print from my tablet. It WAS working then stopped a few days ago. I had tech support look at it and when they couldn't find the problem they blamed my anti-virus (despite the fact there was nothing in the logs regarding this and the affected files were excluded). I managed to disable the anti-virus and it still doesn't print. I guess it's not the anti-virus.

Not very happy about this. Where do I go from here?

I suggest that let us take a look at it again. Get Randall on it.

Stuck in the office today so I called in. After an hour or so still no answer. <sigh> Very professional staff, though. They think now it's my network? Printing from laptops on the wireless works fine. Next step is to get my IT guy to take a look. Follow up in a few weeks. Hope to get to the bottom of this.

None. My IT guy sees no issues with my network that would cause this. We're all at a loss.

We don't print much of anything any more, but it would be nice to get our lube stickers printed from the tablet.

After many months and some finger pointing, printing has been restored. Kudos to Ken Gillam for seeing this through, logging onto every workstation we own and getting this done. It was trying at times but EVERY print function now works. Thank you!

Not sure I can do it justice, but a while back we had some updating problems and there were some lines of code missing from the program.
