I hope this is right place. I was at a shop last week and he has your system. I use other system for diagrams, sorry. Anyway, when i look on his pc and I read the text say color and all of wires its ok to read but when I print it, the text is so small you can barely if at all make out the color or component, anything. the text is so so small. I looked around for his settings, printer settings etc etc nothing worked. The diagram is fine, its just his words and say splice location ground locations etc etc, basically its the text any text is unreadable. We switched from inkjet to his laser with no change. I do his network and pc work for his shops also and was wondering if there is a settings that will make his text larger on his diagrams?

I had the same question some time back and it appears that the settings for print cannot be changed. However, when I print wiring diagrams I carry a magnifying glass along so I can read them. Easy solution for an issue for which there appears to be no easy fix. On the other hand, if I only need a certain part of the diagram, I can enlarge it and then the print is easily readable however it will only print a portion of the wiring diagram. So its a tradeoff. We just been putting up with it.

To be absolutely certain, I would contact tech support with the OS/browser being used to know everything has been tried.

I tried new printers, Chrome, Fire Fox and Explorer. Nothing seemed to work. I use the magnifier like tim. I just dont remember them being so small in the past.

I know there are more print stories that development needs to get through on upcoming sprints, diagrams being part of that.

Does Pro Demand print from the same source as On demand?

The print stories to get through have been pushed back a few times due to other issues deemed more critical, that is why we are behind on delivering this to the field.

I'll spare you the gory details.
