Screen error

I get a weird screen after loging into prodemand on one of our workstation tablets. Its a Microsoft surface. It used to work but now looks weird and I cannot navigate prodemand.

I would contact support for the latest information. There have been some changes after we launched the mobile version due to compatibility issues. I believe Surface tablets were included...

Tech support said I need to install chrome somehow and try that. I guess it used to work for explorer but not now. I just tried google chrome will not download on the surface.

The agent said he is going to change something on our account and to try it Monday? Ill try to remember to let you know.
