Now using Back Office and trying to be more on top off the PO's. I have closed some tickets before closing the PO for that ticket. That seems to delete the PO? Am I missing something or do I need more training?

I mistakenly closed several tickets w/o receiving the parts or closing the po. But the parts invoice has the po number on it. I had assumed that because I didn't mark the parts received and closed the po it was deleted by the system. When I looked at "all PO" they are no longer there.
