Duplicate O'Reilly Orders?
Duplicate O'Reilly Orders?
Last week, my commercial sales guy called and asked if I meant to submit two identical orders. I thought I maybe made a mistake and ordered twice, so I thought nothing of it. The same thing happened today and I've double checked and I did not place 2 orders as far as I can tell. Anyone else having this issue? It is obviously random since we submit ~5-10 online orders a day to O'Reilly's.

I just had this happen yesterday, I told them it must be on there end, because the PO only showed 1 order. Maybe its not on their end since someone else had the issue. Watching to see if others had issues.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

We don't order much from them but I haven't heard of any duplications yet....will be watching.
