Can't Receive Parts to Open RO

Can't Receive Parts to Open RO
Since upgrading, when I try to receive parts to an open RO, the system doesn't recognize the open RO.

Is this for all PO's or just a few? What version are you on? Can you explain your process in detail for us?

On version 7.0.1.0 this problem started yesterday, have been on upgrade for about a week. After physically receiving ordered parts, I tried to mark them as received on the open PO. I checked off the box that says "Receive parts to appropriate Repair Orders when possible," but then got the message, "No repair orders found..." I made sure the repair order was not an estimate or an invoice, to no avail.

Another thing to consider is the printed status of the RO. It must be 'marked as printed' for the PO feature to work.

Engaging this setting will automatically set it to Approved and Printed RO:
