Missed Sales Or Leads File?

Post by tmbutitta »

I have searched a bit through the reports and on here, but could not find anything that would work. But I am looking for an a way to pull up a report of revisions/estimates that were made, but not transferred to an invoice. Basically all missed sales.

If there is a report out there or a way one could get made, it would allow me to pull it for a certain date range and call on these customers during slow times, or I could even make it a part of our daily rhythm.

I didn't put this in the request for new features, because I believe I have seen another way to get this done..

Any ideas? Thanks!

I believe ProPack has a report called Unsold Revisions.

Hello,

You may want to try the All Sub Estimates option in Report Pro. It takes the revisions for the vehicle and puts it on the report.

The unsold revisions is a section of the invoice. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

that won't work, it looks like you have to type in each invoice number and can only do one at a time.

I was hoping for one report to select a date range that could give me invoice numbers with unsold revisions.

Like if a customer came in on july 1st, and we created an estimate but he left with out buying... we could pull up a report with his invoice number, and maybe it has some details of the revision... we could then call him and try to get him back in to complete the work.

Sometimes we write 10 recommendations, but just create an estimate on the one major item.. Id like an easier way to follow up on that one that had the estimate created.

maybe its not possible tho?

I'm thinking that's what we use recommendations for. Depending on how you date the recommendation, you can run one report by date range for all the recommendations.

Yes- that is what we use Recommendations for.... anything that is in an estimate is written in the recommends too for the customer.

Plus when you put it into recommendations it prints on the customers invoice.

In ProPack look under Marketing Reports, run 'Open Sub Estimates'

Thank you for all the help.

Someone from bolt-on actually emailed me this morning and told me about the "open sub estimates" report under marketing. This is exactly what i was looking for!

We do use the recommendations as well, but its a hassle.. This report showed me every estimate i made under a revision for last week. I then called everyone of those customers this morning.. I was able to schedule 2 customers for an apportionment this week, out of the 25 i called.

I just feel that its the low hanging fruit for previously recommended items. We recommend a lot of stuff for each customer, but usually we are only making an estimates when the customer asks for it, or has a safety concern.. So the chances are, they already took an estimate home and thought about it. I just want to give them that nudge to come back in.

Every customer will still get an email from our CRM software with all of their recommendations and a coupon for service..
