need some help, pulling hair out.

ran throught trouble tree on this code, said replace transfer case control module. replaced, had programmed, came back with same code. rechecked wiring again, all checked fine. had a donor encoder and motor that work from scrap case installed just for giggles. not progress. rechecked all wiring again for shorts to power or ground, even open all good. even installed old module with donor motor, no luck.

what have i overlooked? thanks for any help

I've worked on a lot of these and replaced many many switches on the dash. For some reason if the switch fails it will mess up the readings when you test the system.

yea i am with him i have put in a lot of switches.
