Technician Only Screen

We have an ongoing issue with technicians viewing the entire work in progress, revisions, and pricing on their workstation. Larger shops require technicians to have access to the vehicles repair order, history, and Mitchell repair for the vehicles that are assigned to them only. The technicians should not be viewing pricing, scheduling, other technicians work orders, etc. It causes ongoing problems with technicians interfering with management. Please offer us some solutions to fix this issue.
