Is there any way to look up or print out previous counter sales? We are looking for a battery sold as a counter sale for a 3 wheeler- We know the customer name... Any help would be great!

This should be fairly simple. Press F3 to enter the customer lookup. Once you've located the customer, go to the History tab and make certain the selection is on Customer instead of Vehicle.
