Ah, gotcha. Might be worth the extra couple of seconds to add to the Shop Comments if you're not using that for anything else. Then you could sort Appointments on that. For this quick example I just put in the date added:

Re: When was an appointment scheduled?
Hey Larry,
We don't have an explicit value tracked for appointment creation date/time. Is the concern that someone is overbooking a given time frame?

If you are using the Job View template, this was corrected in 9.2.0:
If you haven't seen that update yet, you can get it by going to Help > Check for Updates.- Wed May 28, 2025 12:28 pm

Re: Nexpart Tires
Thanks for the additional information on this one. We're making progress I think. A followup question on this if you or the SA that placed the order recall - were those brake pads and tires ordered in the same transaction? I see from the time stamps there were at least very close, but there might be...

Re: Inventory List
Probably the easiest way to get at this particular data would be to export the Detailed Inventory report to Excel, so you could sort on Category.

Re: Nexpart Tires
Hello, The tire designation is definitely something they have to set on their end. The lack of a PO and coloring is curious though. Tire or not, the PO creation and coloring process should not change in Manager. Could you provide a little more info on this? Is this through Nexpart Enhanced, or Nexpa...

Hey Larry,
Starting simple on this one - do those users have a default Service Advisor set under the Setup > Default Settings?

Re: Your Feedback is Important to Us
Hey Mike, There is a native warning dialog to prevent accidental closing. However, it comes with the option to never show it again, so that's likely been checked at some point. The good news: Tech Support can reset this option for you. Give them a ring when you have a bit of time and you'll get that...

Hi Larry,
We have replicated this one and are working to square it away. We'll get it back to normal with the next update. (Not anything you can correct permanently at the moment).

Re: Tracking tech down time.
Hi Dan, I'm glad some of the recent feature additions are working out for you! With that said, your observation on the time clock is spot-on. It's a simple time tracker for on-the-job repair work. The hope was the shift clock would cover the differential for hourly employees, but I can certain see y...

I can see the logic in this request. We just finalized our 9.2 version changes, but will keep this one in mind for the future.

Re: Prospect App Updates?
Definitely not the time to give up hope. :) We have absolutely been focused on the core Manager product offering for the last few years, as it often comes down to a choice of either/or. With that said, we acknowledge ProSpect has been languishing somewhat due to a lack of changes. As such, we decide...

Thanks again for reporting!
We recently migrated our entire Marketing site, and this re-direct appears to have been lost in process. I've notified them and expect it should get cleaned up by sometime next week.
*Update* This has been restored.

Re: VIN won't Decode
Thanks for reporting, we'll look into why this one is missing.
*Update* As seems to always be the catch - this one was built for the Canadian market, which is the reason it's not decoding.

Re: Bulk Inventory Import
Hello,
There is no bulk import utility for inventory. Though we used to have such a thing many years ago, we have seen usage of inventory decline over the years with the increase of just-in-time parts and of pass-through usage. Therefore we have no plans at this time to create another utility.

Hi Rachel,
We are in the process of updating our account with Google, and it is taking some time...
We think ProSpect will return to the Android Play store this week, but if not - please reach out to support. They can direct you on a manual installation.
