Mystery liked solved. I recall you saying your shop just recently started getting into the Schedule use. That's where those come from - the Technician value on the appointment is set for both parts and labor. Will have to think about how to best divorce those... Dan, I wonder if setting the default...

We have our towing set up as a sublet instead of labor line. I can see a noticeable difference after tech support did their thing and then restarted the computer. It did not slow down at all yesterday.

I just got off the phone with tech support. They deleted a lot of temporary files and compressed the database. They also recommended the computers be restarted at least once each week. (I normally only restart when it updates.)

So far, so good.
