Separate issue related to Nexpart Tires. I spoke to someone there about it but will share the screen shot here also. When we transfer tires to Manager it does not categorize them as a tire. The circled box should be checked so that the system applies the tire pricing matrix and adds disposal fees.

On that particular order they were all ordered at the same time. And the order did go through to both places. But it acts the same way if the tires are ordered independently.

Are you updated to 9.2.0.4602? When we did that update it fixed that issue

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed on your guys end or Nexpart end. With there new tire catalog when you transfer tires or it does not label them as a tire for the pricing matrix. It also does not create a PO or turn blue when you order tires.

I have found with #1 on my list that if I drag and drop the different jobs to a new order it does separate them. Not exactly a fix but better then retyping the jobs.

I would also like that change! While were at it I have a couple other issues/bugs with the update. 1. When you add multiple revisions it puts them all under the same job. 2. I don't like how it auto fills the job title in on non canned jobs. Wouldn't be bad if it was just a couple words but it fills...

We are having the same issue again today. What did you do to resolve it? Tried restarting Mitchell and the computer with no luck!

Is there a way to auto add a DVI to every order? Or include it with a canned job? Would be nice to add an oil change to a ticket and it loads the DVI to it also. Also a way to add a labor time to each DVI?

We use revisions to order parts ahead of time for jobs.... normal process is to open est from schedule, transfer rev and order parts... Is there a way to link POs to a customer? Real world example - We ordered a tire in a revision with no open repair order/estimate. Forgot to put customer name in PO (our fault and clearly where the problem is). On the PO is shows what estimate # the PO goes to. But if there is no estimate started it...

Is there a windows based version? So the tech can complete the inspection on his computer rather then a tablet?

One last question.... Is there anyway to have the sample inspections not show up on the tablet?
